On request we serve an extended continental breakfast for ZAR 140 per person per day.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

The general rule for deposit and cancellation prior to arrival is:

• A Deposit is required via cash, EFT/ Bank Transfer (no international Bank transfers), VISA Cards or MASTER Cards. Payment of the deposit secure the booking.
• The deposit must be paid latest 2 days after the booking.
• For a 1-Night-Bookings we charge the full booking amount as deposit.
• Currency: ZAR. When calculating the deposit/refund in other currencies, the exchange rate is used on the day of booking/cancellation of our South African bank.
• Bookings less than 5 days before arrival the booking amount is due immediately in full.
• If early departure the total booking amount is payable/forfeit.
• The balance for accommodation is required in cash or Credit Card on your arrival.
• Your booking is pre-booked until the due date indicated above (Due date of the deposit payment). After that, we cannot guarantee that your booking will continue to be available under the booked conditions. In case of late payments and unavailability, the amount will be refunded, less a handling fee of 10% of the booking amount or the cancellation fee. Depending on the date of payment and the cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right in case of late departure to recalculate a night.
• Any change must be requested and reconfirmed in writing.
• If you add people, accommodations and/or extend your stay booking, we will recalculate the amount for the booking.
• If the booked children are older than indicated, we will recalculate the booking amount.
• The tours offered are carried out by third parties. Changes and cancellations are based on the terms and conditions of the third parties.
• Check-in and key collection outside office hours after 19:00: Check-in after work between 19:00 and 22:00 is subject to a surcharge of ZAR 150 per key. Check-in is not possible after 22:00.
• Modifications or Cancellation of the booking up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charge.
• Cancellations of the booking in the 21 days before arrival the guest will be charged 50% of the total booking amount as cancellation fee.

• If modified the reservation/booking less than 22 days before date of arrival the total booking amount is payable
• In case that the arrival date is changed to a later date, the date of arrival of the original booking will be used for each change or cancellation.
